Biography:
Youssef is a Litigation Consultant and Project Manager who joined WIN Interactive in August 2008. Since then he has worked on a variety of cases including: multi-million dollar products liability, personal injury, insurance, medical malpractice, toxic tort, business/commercial litigation, collections, intellectual property, Civil Rights and high-profile criminal prosecution. He provides clients with Litigation Consulting on visual communication strategy for presenting evidence and facilitates the production of multimedia presentations / demonstrative evidence for use at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
He graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Philosophy in 2003 before graduating from Northeastern University School of Law in 2007. He gained membership into the Massachusetts Bar in November 2007. His background also includes personal studies in music, two-dimensional art, photography, video editing, and computers.
His previous work experience includes working at the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where he aided attorneys prosecuting insurance and unemployment fraud cases. He then worked for a general civil litigation firm participating in all areas of civil practice. He also worked at two Union-side, Labor and Employment law firms where he specialized in contracts, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage disputes. Among others, he is particularly familiar in areas of law such as personal injury, criminal prosecution, medical malpractice, products liability, and intellectual property.
