Welcome NDAA Members!

You've just taken the first step to revolutionizing your next prosecution!

WIN Interactive is currently offering all NDAA members a special and exclusive offer of 20% off all contracted litigation services.

Why the NDAA?

Simple. Our founder and President, Brian J. Carney, Esq. was a prosecutor for eleven years in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Boston, Massachusetts. While there, he created the first ever District Attorney Multimedia Department to create visual presentations of evidence for himself and fellow prosecutors.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office to share his ideas with the entire legal community, Mr. Carney now employs the skills of staff attorneys, graphic designers, 3D artists, photo/videographers, multimedia specialists, and programmers to turn case theory into powerful, persuasive visuals. Throughout his career, however, he never forgot that Criminal Prosecution helped turn him into the lawyer he is today.

As a result, Mr. Carney is an avid supporter of the hard work of prosecutors everywhere and in the benefits that an organization like the NDAA provides. He has lectured at the NDAA Summer Conference, NCDA, NAC, NAGTRI, and numerous state prosecutor's associations. He continues to give back by making trials for the everyday prosecutor easier, hassle-free, and more effective.
